Simplifying cross-border employment

The Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Confcommercio Udine and Confcommercio Pordenone, in cooperation with the Municipality of Tolmezzo and under the patronage of the Municipality of Aviano, are organising two open days for everyone interested in applying for job opportunities available in the mountain area during the 2026–2027 winter season. Companies are recruiting staff for 180 job positions. The main profiles sought are divided into the following areas: RECEPTION AND MANAGEMENT, RESTAURANT/BAR, KITCHEN, CLEANING, MAINTENANCE, WELLNESS Participation in the event is open and free of charge. During the event, participants will have the opportunity to attend introductory interviews with one or more companies of interest.

The Public Employment Service of Slovenia (ZRSZ), associated partner of EURADRIA project, Regional Office Koper/Capodistria and EURES Slovenia organize a cross-border job and career fair. The purpose of the event is to offer jobs, career information and to attract job seekers from border regions of Slovenia, Italy and Croatia.

Companies will offer current and planned employment opportunities. Employers will also have the chance to meet potential candidates and conduct job interviews. Participants will have access to information on job search, on career opportunities and to the services of the EURES network.

What it is: A contribution of €40/month for each month worked in 2025, up to €480/year.
Who can apply:  Working mothers with at least two children, up to the age of 10 of the youngest child or with more than 2 children and up to the age of 18 of the youngest child.
No requirement to be resident in Italy. The applicant’s income from employment must not exceed €40,000 in 2025.
