Activities: The successful candidate will join the technical team and will be responsible for servicing, maintenance and repairs on boilers, air-conditioning systems and heating systems:

• Technical support, routine and non-routine maintenance on boilers, air-conditioning systems and heating systems.
• Diagnosis of faults, anomalies and malfunctions, with identification of appropriate solutions.
• Checking that systems are operating correctly and carrying out service calls at customers’ premises.
• Collaborating with the technical team in managing service calls and operational issues.
• Correct use of tools and equipment in accordance with company and safety procedures.

Experience:

• Previous experience in the servicing and maintenance of boilers, air-conditioning systems or heating systems will be taken into account
• Candidates with a good technical background and a strong aptitude for learning will also be considered, even if they lack previous experience in the sector

Qualifications:

• Diploma and/or vocational training in thermodynamics, plant engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields

Language skills:

• ITALIAN – at least B2 level

Driving licence: Category B

Other skills:

• Good knowledge of internet management systems, email and networks
• A willingness to learn and keep up to date professionally
• The ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues and other technicians
• Problem-solving: the ability to analyse faults and identify practical solutions
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different operational situations
• Reliability and attention to quality and safety in the workplace.

Contract type: fixed-term, with the prospect of renewal

Working hours: full-time, from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm and from 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm

Willingness to travel: the role involves business travel on the territory

Gross Annual Salary (RAL): National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Sector – Small-scale industry. The pay grade is determined on the basis of the candidate’s experience.

Between €22,000.00 and €35,000.00.
