SYSTEM ENGINEER (SENG)

The company is looking for a System Engineer to strengthen the Service Desk team, Integration & Services division.

Main responsibilities:

install, configure and manage Windows Server, configure and manage Active Directory; install, configure and manage Linux servers; install, configure and manage Windows 7/8/10/11 clients;
first and second level support to customers in the Active Directory area;
customer support for the management and control of systems (backup, antivirus, updates). Production of the required technical documents following the production flow.

A Junior position who has gained even minimal experience is also considered as long as he is interested and motivated to grow in the role with an ad hoc training course.

Job requirements

Must have:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client and Server operating systems;
good knowledge of Active Directory;
basic knowledge of Mail Servers (e.g. Exchange, Office 365, GApps);
good knowledge of TCP/IP networking;
experience in Enterprise Antivirus and Cybersecurity solutions;
good knowledge of hardware architectures;
good knowledge of VMware Enterprise solutions and related components.

Good knowledge of the English language

Nice to have

Knowledge of hyperconverged solutions (Nutanix/VMware vSan);
VMware VCPDC certification;
FortinetNSE4 certification;
MS AZ-104 certification.

critical analysis of the solutions identified, analytical reasoning and problem solving skills; team-working orientation and good predisposition to work towards objectives; availability and aptitude for mutual training with other team members
