Place of work: a company operating in the international transport sector. Operations are carried out at the company’s headquarters in Ajdovščina (Slovenia).
Sector (NACE): H. Transportation and Storage
Activities: the successful candidate will work as a Transport Coordinator, managing international transport operations along the Slovenia-Italy-Spain routes.
Responsibilities include:
- organizing transport operations,
- booking vessels and semi-trailers at the ports of Livorno and Barcelona,
- liaising with the shipping company Grimaldi,
- coordinating with Spanish transport partners responsible for unloading, loading, and local transport within Spain,
- daily communication with drivers, clients, and partners,
- monitoring the status of semi-trailers,
- verifying transport punctuality,
- managing operational situations in international transport.
Language skills:
- Italian language: minimum B1 level
- Slovenian language: minimum A2 level preferred
- Spanish language: minimum A2 level preferred
Type of contract: permanent
Working hours: full-time, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Net salary: equal to euro 2.200,00
