Tasks:

• Supervision of works: control of construction activities, ensuring their execution according to project specifications and established times
• Planning and organization: development of detailed work programs, management of resources and coordination of work teams
• Quality control: Testing the materials used and construction techniques to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
• Documentation: drafting of work progress reports, recording of variations and management of technical and administrative documentation
• Supplier relationships: Interaction with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Workplace safety: enforcement of safety regulations and promotion of safe working practices among staff
• Problem solving: resolution of operational problems that may arise during the construction process
• Interface with professionals: collaborate with engineers, architects and other professionals to ensure the project proceeds smoothly
• Cost monitoring: project budget control and expense management to avoid cost overruns
• Staff training: training and updating of staff regarding new techniques and regulations

Previous experience in the role is required.

Language skills:

• Italian language – B1 level
• English language – B2 level

Digital skills:

• Office – excellent
• AutoCAD – excellent
