Activity: we are looking for an experienced and motivated wholesale sales manager (B2B) who will play a key role in expanding sales of the best brazilian circulo yarns in Slovenia, Italy, Germany, Austria, Croatia and Switzerland. If you are an ambitious and goal-oriented sales professional with experience in the textile industry or creative world, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

Your responsibilities:

• development and expansion of the b2b customer network – targeting shops, distributors and large retail chains
• selling and contracting – managing the entire sales process from first contact to closing
• development of marketing and sales strategies for penetrating new markets and increasing circulo’s brand recognition. field work and business trips – regular visits to partners in Slovenia, Italy, Germany, Austria, Croatia and Switzerland
• market analysis and trend monitoring – collecting feedback from the field and adjusting strategies
• organisation of and participation in trade fairs and events where you will be in charge of representing our yarns and expanding business connections and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers and ensuring their satisfaction

Education level: the appropriate educational qualification is at least EQF level V or IV. in the corresponding subject; high school diploma and/or degree.

Type of education: higher education 2nd degree, higher university education (previous) etc.; wholesale and retail (trade)

Alternative education: higher education 2nd degree, higher university education (previous) etc. economics

Work experience: 2 years

Driving licence: B

Contract duration: fixed term, 12 months

Probationary period: 3 months

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Working schedule: flexible hours

Approximate salary: EUR 2,000.00 gross per month

What we expect from you: at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, priority for candidates with experience in the textile or creative sector. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of languages: English is mandatory, priority is given to candidates who speak Italian, German or Croatian. Sense of initiative and goal orientation. Willingness to travel for work. Experience in using CRM systems and analytical tools. Creative passion and knowledge of yarns or handicrafts are an added advantage.
