ESTIMATE, PROGRAMMING AND PRODUCTION CONTROL ANALYST – Naval/maritime sector (EPPCA)

The company, with registered office in the city of Trieste, is one of the most important shipbuilding complexes in the world, with management centers in Italy and a production network of 18 factories on four continents. It is a leader in all high value-added segments: cruise ships, defense ships and specialized offshore ships. It is specialized in naval repairs and transformations, in the production of systems and components for the mechanical and electrical sectors, in naval furnishing solutions, in electronic and software systems, in infrastructures, in maritime works and in the offer of after-sales support services.

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • plan the industrial strategies of the production system of the Merchant Shipping Division by verifying its performance;
  • manage intra-plant synergies with a view to improving and optimizing workloads and flexibility of the production system.

Job requirements

  • Ability to plan production system activities and define production methodologies/rules
  • Skills in implementing different methods through directing, coordinating and integrating plants to improve performance
  • Master’s degree in Management Engineering or Naval Engineering
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite

Previous experience in the production planning area is required.

Language skills:

  •  Italian language – level B1/B2
  •  English language – level B1/B2

Type of contract and working hours:

  • permanent contract or Apprenticeship
  • full-time
