Activities: the candidate will work as a Design Engineer – Aluminium Facades and Architectural Aluminium Systems:

• Designing and engineering product details in accordance with the received technical documentation;
• Participating in project acquisition and tender preparation;
• Preparing material specifications and submitting them to the responsible person;
• Preparing workshop drawings for the production department;
• Preparing construction progress reports and payment certificates;
• Ensuring the timely design and preparation of project documentation, including drawings and procurement documentation for the purchasing department;
• Preparing detailed technical and project drawings;
• Updating and improving existing products and technical solutions;
• Planning components, materials, tools, and equipment required for the production of finished and semi-finished products;
• Coordinating technical information and project requirements with clients and investors;
• Coordinating and reviewing material specifications;
• Preparing installation and assembly documentation;
• Performing administrative, technical, and professional engineering tasks;
• Preparing and issuing certificates for installed products and systems to customers;
• Entering dimensions and technical data into the FP PRO software and other relevant applications;
• Contributing to the improvement of production technology and manufacturing processes;
• Performing operational engineering, design, and documentation tasks for new products, semi-finished products, tools, and product modifications, and submitting the completed documentation to the responsible person;
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Experience and other skills:

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a comparable position;
• ability to read mechanical drawings
• Knowledge of the technical characteristics of raw materials and the company’s product range;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Microsoft Excel, and experience using Orgadata LogiKal and SchüCal design software;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and a high level of accuracy and reliability

Education and qualifications:

• At least a secondary vocational or general secondary education in a technical, mechanical engineering, or another relevant field

Language skills:

• SLOVENIAN: at least B2 level (fluent)
• ENGLISH: at least B1 level (good)
• ITALIAN: at least A2 level (basic)

Driving licence: Category B

Type of contract: permanent employment

Working hours: full-time (40 h/week), Monday to Friday

• Meal and transportation allowances are paid in accordance with applicable legislation and the employer’s internal policies
• Accommodation provided and paid by employer

 Salary: Up to EUR 4,100.00 per month (net salary: approximately EUR 2,500.00–3,000.00, depending on the outcome of the interview, the candidate’s experience)
