Construction site crane operator
Crane operators are responsible for lifting and moving materials around a construction site as safely and efficiently as possible. As a crane driver you’d need to be practically-minded, with an understanding of how to drive and maintain heavy machinery.
Job requirements
Tasks:
- Candidates must possess the appropriate licenses for crawler cranes and lattice boom mobile cranes
- Technical skills: good knowledge of crane mechanics and technology, ability to read and interpret technical diagrams
- Safety knowledge: in-depth knowledge of workplace safety regulations, in particular regarding lifting equipment
- Practical experience: ability to use cranes safely and efficiently, even in complex situations
Previous experience in the role is required.
Language skills:
- Italian language – B2/C1 level
Contract type and working hours:
- Open-ended or Fixed-term
- Full-time, shift work and night shifts
