Activities:

the candidate will have the responsibilty of:

– preparing breakfasts and snaks,

– stock monitoring,

– operate in cohernece of food and sanitary inpections standards based on the HACCP prinicples,

– care for cleanliness in the kitchen,

– review of records of consumables and purchases

Level of education: Vocational education, in a coherent field as Food, Hospitality and Personal Services

Experience and other skills:

• previous coherent work experience between 2 and 5 years;
• driving license B type

Type of contract: fixed-term contract of 12 months, with the possibility of transformation to open-ended

Working hours: full-time (40 hours per week). The work, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, begins early in the morning with the preparation of breakfast and snacks.

Salary: the salary and conditions will be defined during the interview, also based on the candidate’s previous experience

Language skills:

• Good knowledge of English (Listening, Reading, Spoken production & interaction) at B1 level;
• Knowledge of the Italian and/or Slovenian language at B1/B2 level is preferable

Knowledge of the English language is essential for communicating with guests. And knowledge of the Italian or Slovenian language is very welcome.
