Mansione: Personnel management; Management of safety-related activities (training, medical examinations) in collaboration with the O&HS; Organisation and contracts; Support in recruiting processes; Support in Performance Management assessment; Support in Development & Compensation projects management; Support to the HR Manager for Trade Union bargaining activities; Reporting to the HR Department and the General management. Excellent communication skills, problem solving, proactivity, positivity, listening and flexibility, coaching skills, prioritization skills, ability to generate new ideas and feedback skills.

Esperienza: Between 2 and 5 years of experience in a similar specialist function in multinational and/or high structured companies
Titolo di studio: Degree, preferably in Humanities, Economics or Law
Conoscenze linguistiche: ENGLISH – B2/C1 level; ITALIAN – C1/C2 level
Conoscenze informatiche: MS OFFICE – good command
Altre informazioni: Availability to frequent business trips within italian territory (Emilia Romagna and Lombardy)
