Obalna sindikalna organizacija – Konfederacija sindikatov 90 (OSO – KS 90) was founded in 1990 as a democratic, regional organization consisting of union members, organized in trade and professional unions within companies and state institutions. OSO – KS 90 is a member of the Konfederacija sindikatov 90 Slovenije – KS 90, as well as one of its co-founders. Konfederacija sindikatov 90 Slovenije – KS 90 is one of the union confederations organized nationally in Slovenia.
The main goal of OSO – KS 90 is to protect the interests of its members, to improve their working conditions and wages and to promote domestic and foreign good practices regarding issues that concern labor and employment.
Social dialogue is its essential tool, by means of which it tries to create and apply economic policies that guarantee the rights of labor. By collaborating with partners and being present in the public it also tries to spread knowledge and awareness about labor rights and employment topics. OSO – KS 90 also promotes the involvement of young people, who are at the beginning of their professional careers in projects that enable faster and more efficient integration into the labor market.
From its foundation OSO – KS 90 has been engaged internationally by taking part in European projects regarding topics about work and employment, as well as in cross-border cooperation with partners who pursue the same goals.
The Italian Union of Labor (UIL) is a union of associated workers for the defense of rights and common professional, economic and social interests and in respect of the principles of democracy and freedom affirmed in the Italian Constitution and in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.
UIL among its objectives has the safeguarding of the right to work, health, safety, education and training, to the home, and to retirement.
It is organized into category federations, which ensure contractual and litigation defense for workers in all sectors, from industry to services, from agriculture to public employment, as well as for pensioners.
The UIL has its own offices throughout the Italian territory, with numerous assistance and protection services, also present in the territories of other countries around the world. It also carries out consultation and negotiation actions with institutions at all levels and with local autonomies, in the defense of the interests of its representatives.

PGZ, as a meeting point of the economy in the coastal karst region, represents a regional center / hub for companies, organizations and entrepreneurs of 8 municipalities in a very active region economically with the following key activities: logistics, tourism and the metalworking industry. The CISL (Italian Confederation of Workers’ Trade Unions) is a trade union organization whose priority objective is the defense and advancement of work, safeguarded in its dignity, in its salary both regulatory and professional conditions.
The CISL of Friuli-Venezia Giulia is structured in two levels with a political body that defines the guidelines and maintains the institutional relationships and 19 trade federations that represent the various sectors of labor.
Furthermore, the CISL manages a network of services that are aimed at citizens, through some affiliated associations and legal bodies, such as, for example, the Inas (National Social Assistance Institute), the Caf (Tax Assistance Centers) and the Ial (The Workers Training Institute).
The CISL is committed internationally, with the Euradria project and with the activity carried out by the Interregional Trade Union Councils (IRTUC) which bring together CGIL (Italian General Confederation of Labor), CISL (Italian Confederation of Workers’ Trade Unions) and UIL (The Italian Labor Union) and the trade unions of Austria, Slovenia and Croatia, dealing with issues related to the frontier labor market.
6. Območna obrtno-podjetniška zbornica/OOZ Nova Gorica
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Nova Gorica operates in the field of representation, consulting, education, promotion and assistance for artisans and entrepreneurs.
It has gained extensive experience thanks to its participation in various projects, concerning disparities in the labour market demand (leader) and the development of a network of competitive companies (partner). It is also involved in many other projects co-financed at the national level as well in a number of European projects.
It is organised into 12 sections. At the same time, the Chamber plays an important role in public promotion and information, both through the monthly editions of its magazine Podjetniške novice, and through the information disseminated through other media. About 700 members of the Chamber and many other institutions and registered users receive this information.
The Slovensko deželno gospodarsko združenje – Unione Regionale Economica slovena (SDGZ–URES) / Slovenian Regional Business Association / is an inter-professional organisation established in 1946 with the purpose of representing Slovenian entrepreneurs operating in Italy. Informest, an Agency for Development, was established in 1991 with the aim of promoting economic cooperation with Austria, the countries of central and Balkan Europe, as well as, with the former Soviet Union after the fall of the Berlin Wall.
Since its foundation, Informest has represented an important auxiliary tool of the Autonomous Region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia to fill its role as a border region of Europe.
Over the course of thirty years of international relations and activities, it has adequately evolved to respond to the changed geopolitical conditions that have characterized the history of the Italian eastern border.

ANPAL (National Agency for Active Labor Policies) is a public body dependent on the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies which coordinates labor policies for job seekers and the relocation of the unemployed. To this end, it provides tools and methodologies to support public and private operators in the labor market.
The Agency coordinates the national network of employment services, which promotes the rights to work, training and professional growth, among others also including Inps (National Institute for Social Security), Inail (National Institute for Insurance against Workplace Accidents), Inapp (National Institute for the Analysis of Public Policies), the chambers of commerce, schools and universities and more generally the employment agencies and regional structures for active labor policies.
ANPAL is responsible for the information system for managing the labor market, where information on job seekers converges, useful for professional integration.
