The worker will carry out personal and household care activities on a cohabitation basis.
Responsibilities and duties:
The worker must ensure presence at the assisted person’s home on a live-in basis, carrying out personal and household care activities. The clients may be dependent or partially dependent. The worker must guarantee support to the person during the various daily activities, such as personal hygiene, mealtimes, mobilisation of the person, also through the use of specific tools (lift, orthopaedic bed, etc.).
He/she has to support the person assisted in order to favour socialisation and autonomy.
He/she takes care of the domestic environment, maintaining adequate levels of hygiene and safety.
He/she works in relation with the family and with the support, if necessary, of social welfare services.
Requirements:
- Italian level A2.
- Previous experience, even informal, in caring for dependent persons.
Characteristics of the proposed position:
The proposed employment contract is the National Contract of Domestic Work, CS classification level, in Cohabitation. The expected gross monthly salary is approximately: €1020 + board and lodging.
The work schedule provides 54 hours per week, flexibly distributed throughout the day, with a maximum of 10 non-consecutive working hours and 36 hours of rest per week, divided into a day off and an additional half-day.
Board and lodging are provided for the worker.
The place of work could be in all provincial territories of the Region Friuli Venezia Giulia: Trieste, Gorizia, Udine and Pordenone.
